Sixth Form News - 27th February 2026
During half-term, many of our students had a very busy week. Rafi enjoyed his trip to Iceland and took lots of wonderful photographs which we have all enjoyed looking at.

Erin had fun on the farm, spending time with her cousins.

Eshan went to Phasels Wood, on a trip with his Scout group, where he enjoyed archery, rifle-shooting, crate-stacking and rock-climbing activities.
Oliver planted a Silver Birch tree in his front garden, the reason being that, when he was a boy, his dad helped to build a wall in front of his family home which is still standing; it is Oliver’s hope that he will one day be able to take a family of his own to see the tree he planted at his childhood home - what a lovely story - and it sounds like you deserved your trip to the pub with Harrison afterwards! (Though we hope you did not try to spend the 30 year old penny which you found whilst digging the hole for the tree)

This weekend, it’s all about sport: Eshan and George are playing in a football tournament with their team, the Ruislip Rangers - good luck, we hope you win! And Jess is going up to London as a birthday treat, to watch the two best teams in England, London Pulse and Manchester Thunder, play netball. We hope you have a great time, Jess!
Next week Tyler is off on the MCCC cricket tour to Dubai - we will be thinking of you (particularly if it’s raining here!) and we hope you have a wonderful time on this trip-of-a-lifetime.
Have a good weekend.
Best wishes,
Mrs Allum and the Sixth Form Team
