In response to my holiday photos from Egypt I was delighted this week to receive some holiday photos from Mickey Botwright who spent time over the break enjoying his passion for birdwatching and photography.

Mickey visited the Peak district, Padley Gorge and Boxmoor with his family  where he saw many beautiful and interesting birds.

He impressed his fellow birdwatchers with his knowledge and took some beautiful photos which he has shared with us.

He will be out again soon to visit Maple Lodge in Rickmansworth for an Open day if anyone is interested I have attached some information.
