Some stunning sporting exploits from Oak Base this week…

Everyone is incredibly proud of Tom in Year 8. He took part in a 5km Top Gun themed race at the weekend. The furthest he had ever run before this was 3km, so he really had to dig deep.

He coped so well with being around other people and he was, quite rightly, really pleased with himself. He was incredibly anxious about it on Saturday night, but he chose to take part and give it a go.

He would never have been able to do this without the input and help of the Egerton staff.

Well done Tom!

Ed and Archer play for Everett Rovers FC, and have almost completed their first season within their U13 inclusive football team. 

Both of them will start next season (Sept’26) within the U16 team.

They received the team award to thank them for their support, energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the team and their team-mates.

Well done to both!
